1. Account Registration

To use InkNook, you must register for an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you write in your letters. However, by sending letters through InkNook, you grant us a license to deliver that content to your intended recipient. You agree not to send content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.

3. Service Mechanics

InkNook is a "slow-messaging" platform. You acknowledge and agree that delivery times are intentionally delayed based on geographic distance. You agree not to attempt to circumvent these delays through time-spoofing or other technical manipulations.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
• Use the service for spamming or commercial solicitation.
• Attempt to reverse engineer the application.
• Upload viruses or malicious code.

5. Privacy and Location

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using InkNook, you consent to the collection and use of your location data as described therein for the purpose of calculating delivery delays.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that harms the community.

7. Limitation of Liability

InkNook is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
